- trade enquiry information such as workshop type, brands worked on and products requested
- payment confirmation data from Stripe, but not full card details
- website analytics data if you accept analytics cookies

- respond to trade enquiries and support requests
- provide quotes, refill recommendations and account support

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. We do not knowingly send marketing to personal/private email addresses where this would be inappropriate.

We may share necessary information with payment providers, delivery carriers, hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers, accountants, professional advisers and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.
8. How long we keep information
We keep order and accounting records for as long as required for tax and legal purposes. Enquiry and CRM records are reviewed and kept only for as long as they remain useful and lawful. Unsubscribe records may be kept to ensure we do not contact unsubscribed recipients again.
