2. Who these terms apply to
The site is mainly intended for UK garages, bodyshops, fleets, detailers, mobile mechanics and other trade buyers. If we accept an order from a consumer, consumer statutory rights will still apply.
3. Products, SKUs and availability
Product descriptions, pack contents, images, prices and SKUs are provided to help buyers choose suitable stock. We aim to keep information accurate, but product packaging, quantities, materials, colours and availability may vary where a suitable equivalent is supplied.
If a product is unavailable after ordering, we may offer a suitable alternative, delay dispatch until stock is available, or cancel and refund the affected item.
4. Prices and payment
Prices shown are in GBP and are the prices charged for the listed products at checkout. Any applicable delivery charge is shown before payment. Payment is processed using Stripe Checkout or another approved payment method shown at checkout.
Trade pricing, subscription pricing and bulk quotes may be confirmed separately by email. VAT invoices are available where VAT registration applies.
5. Orders and acceptance
An order is placed when you submit payment or send a confirmed purchase request. We may refuse or cancel an order if details are incorrect, stock is unavailable, payment fails, fraud checks fail, or the order appears unsuitable for the intended use.
6. Delivery
Stocked items ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday are positioned for next-day delivery where available. Delivery is subject to stock, cleared payment, carrier collection, service area, bank holidays and force majeure events.
DPD may be used for smaller tracked parcels. Parcelforce may be used for larger cartons and heavier workshop orders. Oversized, remote-area or bulk orders may take longer.
7. Returns, shortages and damaged goods
Please check goods when they arrive. Report damaged, missing or incorrect items as soon as possible by emailing trade@garagefixsupply.com with your order details and photos where relevant.
Business customers may request the return of standard-stock goods within 14 calendar days of delivery where the goods are unused, unopened, complete and in resaleable condition. Contact us before sending goods so we can provide return instructions. Bespoke, custom-packed, used, opened or special-order goods cannot be returned unless faulty.
8. Product use and fitment
GarageFix Supply products are supplied as workshop consumables and replacement fastener kits. Buyers are responsible for checking suitability, sizing, fitment and safe use before fitting to a vehicle or using in a repair process.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GarageFix Supply is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or downtime arising from product choice, late delivery, incorrect fitment or misuse.
10. Website content
Website content is provided for general product and trade information. It must not be copied, scraped, resold or reused without permission. GarageFix Supply branding, logos and product data remain the property of GarageFix Supply or its licensors.
11. Changes to these terms
