Delivery promise
Stocked products ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday are positioned for next-day delivery where available. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed in every case and is subject to stock, cleared payment, carrier collection, service area and bank holidays.
Carriers
DPD may be used for smaller tracked parcels. Parcelforce may be used for larger cartons, trade boxes and heavier bodyshop supply orders. We may use another suitable carrier where needed.
Remote areas and large orders
Oversized, heavy, remote-area, offshore or bulk orders may take longer and may require a revised delivery charge. We will contact you if this applies.
Checking your delivery
Please check all goods as soon as they arrive. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, email trade@garagefixsupply.com with your order details and photos where relevant.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs. We will provide a replacement or a refund after verifying the issue. Please keep the goods and packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Trade returns
Business customers may request a return of standard-stock products within 14 calendar days of delivery where products are unused, unopened, complete and in resaleable condition. Email us before returning an item so we can provide the return address and instructions. Customers pay the return postage for unwanted goods.
Bespoke boxes, custom-packed refills, special-order goods, opened consumables, used goods and products damaged after delivery cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original delivery charges are refunded when the return is due to our error or the goods are damaged or faulty.
